Libertyville Days Parade

The annual Libertyville Days Parade will step off Saturday morning as part of the community’s four-day summer festival celebration.

The parade is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Saturday and will travel along Milwaukee Avenue through downtown Libertyville, drawing marching bands, local organizations, community groups, and festive floats.

Organizers say the parade is one of the signature events of Libertyville Days, traditionally attracting large crowds to the downtown corridor. Spectators line the route to watch school groups, civic organizations, first responders, and community entries as they make their way through the village.

Road closures and traffic impacts are expected along Milwaukee Avenue and surrounding streets ahead of the parade’s start time, with officials encouraging attendees to arrive early to secure viewing spots.

The parade kicks off a full day of festival activities, including live entertainment, carnival rides, and Cook Park programming throughout the afternoon and evening.
