Architect has request for mixed use development at vacant lot in Lincoln Park.

CHICAGO, IL - One of Chicago’s busiest neighborhoods could get even more traffic if a planned 10-story mixed-use development plan is given the green light.
The development is proposed to take shape at 2300 N. Clybourn - near the Ashland and Clybourn intersection and not far from Fullerton Avenue in Lincoln Park - and contain 85 rental units and 9,800 square feet of ground floor retail space, according to Curbed Chicago.

Architect Marc Amstadter first needs a zoning change from C1-3 to C1-5 in order to build the structure, which will be more than 100 feet tall.
The rental units will include studios, one- and two-bedrooms on all upper levels. A parking garage with more than 100 spaces for cars and bicycles is also in the plans.
