#11 Lincoln Bus Extended in CTA Pilot Program
Extended service on the Lincoln Ave. bus line will be in place for the next six months.
CHICAGO, IL - The CTA will begin a pilot program on extended service on the #11 Lincoln bus on Monday.
The program, which will run for six months, will add service between Howard/McCormick and the Fullerton Red/Brown/Purple stop via Lincoln Avenue according to the CTA.
During the program, the CTA will “collect ridership data and feedback solicited from riders and the surrounding community to help analyze the effectiveness of the service being tested.”

The extended service will run every 16-22 minutes between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekdays.
