2026 Rooftop Outdoor Music Series

The Rooftop Outdoor Music Series at the Joliet Area Historical Museum has become a go-to music venue featuring live bands twice per month all summer long!

We feature music genres including Rock, Indie, Blues, Americana, Pop, and More! There is general seating for all guests, and reserved tables are available on a first-come first-served basis. Ticket prices start at $14. We'll start the summer off on Friday, May 15th with the South Side Exiles, an excellent Rock & Roll band that plays an array of their original gritty rockers as well as some great classics you'll know.

Many shows do sell out, so we suggest registering on-line. In addition to great live music, there is a beverage bar (beer, wine, mixed drinks, pop, water) snack vendor, access to museum galleries for all paying guests.
