Body Found In Lincoln Park Lagoon: Police

The Chicago Police Marine Unit was called to the scene and recovered a man's body, according to police.

CHICAGO, IL — A man's body has been recovered from the Lincoln Park lagoon, according to police. The CPD Marine Unit was called to the 2400 block of North Cannon Drive at about 1:14 p.m., police said.

Area Central detectives were investigating.

In late 2017, the body of a woman was found in the same lagoon. The body was later identified as Gail Peck, whose son is accused of her murder and dismemberment.
