This was seen on the Loyola University campus Thursday morning.
A motorized cart without a driver spun around in circles, in reverse, in front of a parking garage Thursday morning on the Loyola University campus in Chicago. This went on for several minutes until a campus police officer manhandled the cart into submission, although he spun himself in circles a few times, too.
