Executive Chef Joe Farina and mixologist Trudy Thomas invite you to bring your dads in for a memorable Father's Day experience. Father's Day happens to fall on National Lobster Day this year, and Joe Fish is celebrating both. Try the Maine Lobster Soft Scrambled Egg with Crème Fraiche and Chives ($19) or a Lobster Claw Bloody Mary. The brunch menu is inventive and extensive, and the cocktail menu is all about Trudy's Southern roots and love of Bourbon. A few favorites include the Smokehouse Derby made with Knob Creek Smoked Maple, Cicero Bacon Mary, Chipotle, and a Candied Bacon Garnish ($12). Other selections include the Bourbon Milk Punch - Larceny Bourbon, Van Gogh Double Espresso, Chai, Milk and Chocolate Dipped Bacon ($12); a Downtown Manhattan with Maker's Mark, Grand Marnier, sweet vermouth, Amaro Nonino ($12), or a Newfangled Old Fashioned with Wild Turkey 81 Bourbon, Pedro Ximenez, morello cherry, bitters ($12). Dads can also go local with a Bloody Beer featuring the Lincoln Park-brewed Fish Tale Pale Ale with Tomato Mary Mix, Hot Sauce, Lime, Savory Rim ($7).
