Easter Brunch
Executive Chef/Owner Martial Noguier's chic, modern Gold Coast bistro will offer carefully a composed seasonal menu Easter in anticipation of the upcoming religious holiday. Guests are invited to celebrate with delicious spring-inspired cuisine that includes vegetarian and child-friendly selections.

The seasonally-focused three-course Easter Brunch Menu will be available on Sunday, April 20th, 2014 from 10:00am until 2:30pm. The price is $29 for adults and $15 for children. Highlights of the menu include the Caramelized Spring Onion & Pea Quiche, the Scottish Salmon Salad, and the Cherry Brioche Bread Pudding, which epitomize the flavors of spring. Children may select two courses. A festive Easter candy surprise will also be given to children! The À La Carte Brunch Menu will not be available during Brunch service on Sunday, April 20th, 2014.
