Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park Hosts One-Night-Only Kosher Spring Pop-up Dinner

In anticipation of the start of Passover, Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park, 200 North Columbus Drive, will host Kosher Spring Dinner, a pop-up one-night-only buffet dinner on Sunday, March 29 between 5 p.m. through 8 p.m. in the Rouge Room. The lavish dinner will feature a selection of items available on the menu at Fairmont Chicago’s newly opened on-site kosher kitchen, which is under the direct supervision of The Chicago Rabbinical Council. All food is prepared in-house in the CRC certified kitchen. Reservations are limited and tickets are $68++ per person for adults, $34++ for those between the ages of 5 and 12, and kids under 5 are complimentary. Valet parking is available for $9.

The Kosher Spring Dinner menu offers an array of gourmet items, starting with an amuse bouche served as guests are seated. Sushi options include assorted Maki, Nigiri and specialty rolls while the Taste of Asia station serves vegetable dim sum, spring rolls, pot stickers and bok choy stir fry. A Carving station features prime rib and baked whole salmon, and a Deli station highlights classic deli-style fare such smoked salmon pastrami, New York-style corned beef as well as mini Chicago-style hot dogs. The Middle Eastern station offers hummus, babaganoush, taboule, and lamb and sumac spiced kafta skewers. Guests may end the evening on a sweet note with assorted desserts complemented by freshly brewed coffee or herbal tea.
