YMCA Legislators Honor Feigenholtz (PHOTO)

Representatives from the Lake View YMCA recently presented State Rep. Sara Feigenholtz (D-Chicago) with the Legislative Champion Award, recognizing her advocacy for supportive housing.

The Illinois State Alliance of YMCAs grants its Legislative Champion Award to state lawmakers who promote the YMCAs’ community-based objectives, including family support, youth programs and healthy neighborhoods.
