High-End Knitwear Store Settles in on Webster

As if Lincoln Park wasn't luxurious enough, a high-end knitwear designer has come to the neighborhood. Learn about the handcrafted pieces you'll find at our newest local boutique.

A knitwear designer has set up shop on Webster Avenue, where she's selling her token luxe cashmere sweaters and cozy cardigans.

Souchi, 1205 W. Webster Ave., opened about a week ago in Lincoln Park, according to a report by Chicago Magazine.

"At Souchi, you’ll find the namesake collection of cashmere cowlneck sweaters ($778), slouchy merino wool berets ($138), and organic cotton crewnecks ($170)," the story says.

The store's founder, Suzi Johnson, personal designs and handcrafts four knitwear collections, all of which are centered around cashmere pieces.

"Souchi's stores offer a mix of Souchi originals as well as hand-picked pieces from coveted, international designers," according to the business' Facebook page.
