H and R Block to Host Open House Event at Twenty Offices

While there is still uncertainty over dozens of tax breaks that have expired, what is certain is that taxpayers have a less than a month to take action that could lower their 2014 tax liability and increase any refund they receive.

Dedicated to ensuring taxpayers receive the maximum refund possible, H&R Block will host an open house on Wednesday, December 17th from 9am to 5pm at twenty of our offices around the Chicago area.

“In fact, almost any taxpayer can do something to lower their tax liability. In some cases, it can be as simple as paying a little more now to get a little back later in return,” said Dan Lusk, district manager for H&R Block.

Those attending the open house will have an opportunity to talk with H&R Block tax professionals about their previous and current tax returns, as well as tax tips, tax law changes, tax planning and other financial issues.
