John Hughes' Son Will Discuss 'Home Alone'

James Hughes will speak to fans of the classic movie after a special showing at ArcLight Chicago Sunday.

CHICAGO, IL - A 25th anniversary screening of the holiday classic ”Home Alone” will be followed by a Q&A session with James Hughes, son of the late, legendary producer John Hughes at a theater in Lincoln Park Sunday.

The special screening of the 1990 classic filmed mostly in the city’s north suburbs will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 13 at the new ArcLight Chicago movie theater in NEWCITY Chicago at 1500 N. Clybourn Ave.

The Q&A, which will include James Hughes (also a Chicago-based writer in his ow right) and Chicago Film Office Director Rich Moskal, will begin after the movie.

Tickets are $14.50 for adults, $10.50 for children and $11.75 for seniors.

Parking will be available in the NEWCITY parking structure attached to the building. Validation is $5.50 for up to four hours.
