Man Accused Of Attempted Sexual Assault In Lincoln Park
Police said the man dragged a woman by her neck into an alley on the North Side.

CHICAGO, IL — An Oak Park man is accused of attempting to sexually assault a woman in Lincoln Park. Police said he grabbed the woman by her neck and dragged her into an alley in the 400 block of West Armitage around 1:20 p.m. on Friday. He then tried to sexually assault the victim, police said.
Keith Thomas, 34, of the 100 block of Le Moyne Street, has been charged with felony counts of attempted criminal sexual assault, kidnapping by force and aggravated battery.
He was scheduled to appear in bond court on Monday.
