Man Dies After Old Town Crash

Chicago police are investigating a fatal two-car crash on the North Side.

CHICAGO, IL — A man has died after a two-car crash in the city's Old Town neighborhood Monday morning, police said. The crash happened in the 600 block of West North Avenue around 3:33 a.m., according to police.

A 32-year-old man was driving an Acura eastbound and stopped at a red light, when he was rear-ended by a Nissan, police said. The Acura was pushed into the intersection, according to police.

The driver of the Nissan was taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

The driver of the Acura didn't have any injuries, according to police.
