Celebrate Christmas in the Historic Palmer House Hilton with a Special Prix Fixe Dinner on Wednesday, Dec. 24, 5 – 10 p.m. and Thursday, Dec. 25, 5 – 9 p.m.

CHICAGO – Lockwood Restaurant & Bar, located within The Palmer House Hilton at 17 E. Monroe, is proud to offer a four-course prix fixe dinner menu in celebration of Christmas, Wednesday, Dec. 24 and Thursday, Dec. 25. Recommended by the Chicago Tribune’s Phil Vettel, diners are able to enjoy the menu at Lockwood Christmas Eve from 5 – 10 p.m. and Christmas Day from 5 – 9 p.m. The dinner for adults is $76 and for children (4 – 10 years old) is $30. Additionally, the Lockwood’s famous breakfast buffet will be available Christmas Eve from 6:30 – 11 a.m. and Christmas Day from 6:30 – 2 p.m. Lunch will be available Christmas Eve from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Four hour complimentary self-parking is available at 55 E. Monroe Parking Garage, receive parking validation at Lockwood Restaurant & Bar’s host stand. First Course (choice of):

Potted Baby Beet and Parlsey Root, goat cheese cloud, dill crumble, hazelnut and puffed grains

Yukon Potato Veloute Soup, chestnut puree, pickled shallot, crispy garlic root and black truffle

Seared Sea Scallop, foie “fluff,” bruleed escarole, matsutakie broth

Lyonnais Salad, duck ham, soft poached egg, preserved fennel, sourdough crouton, pumpkin seed and horseradish vinaigrette

Second/shared course:

Artisan Cheese and Charcuterie Board, Fra’mani salami, chicken liver and foie gras parfait, potted ricotta and uplands reserve cheese, warm focaccia, everything cracker, seasonal spreads, preserves and pickles

Third course (choice of):

Bourbon Barrel Planked Duck Breast, sweat potato ember, green fennel, foie biscuit, pickled pear, “pressed” duck glace
Black Cod, potato and porcini mushroom tajine, brown butter, preserved lemon and parsley salad

Delmonico of Beef Ribeye, caramelized shallot, crispy potato cobbler, parsley root puree, young carrot, chicory, black radish

Roulade of Amish Chicken, hen of the woods mushroom, leg confit, calvados poached apple, brussel leaves and foie gras

Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli, parmesan double cream, clementine sage marmalade and fresno brandy lace crumble.
