PAWS Chicago will Kick Off the 36-Hour Spring Adopt-a-Thon on Friday, April 11
With so many litters being born, in addition to the abundance of homeless pets in need of a loving home, PAWS Chicago, the city’s largest No Kill humane organization, will host its Spring Adopt-A-Thon, a 36-hour adoption marathon designed to find families for 125 homeless puppies, kittens, cats and dogs. Its goal is also to raise awareness around the issue of pet overpopulation and the needless killing of homeless animals.
Cats and dogs are still being turned into shelters in alarming numbers. By working with the community, PAWS Chicago is hoping to give these special animals a second chance. When you adopt from an animal shelter or rescue organization, you are not just saving one life; you are helping to create the space we need to rescue more animals. Help PAWS Chicago make this spring adoption event a success and find new homes for 125 animals by stopping by the adoption center for this very special 36 hour marathon!
