Police Warn Of Armed Robberies In Lincoln Park
Suspects are forcing victims to go to the nearest ATM and withdraw money, police warned.

CHICAGO, IL — Police have issued a community alert warning of three armed robberies in Lincoln Park. In each incident, suspects approached victims and either pulled out a handgun or implied they were armed, police said. The offenders then drove the victims to an ATM and forced them to withdraw cash, police said.
The robberies happened in the following locations:
• 1500 block of North Wells St., Saturday, May 26, in the early morning hours.
• 2000 block of North Halsted St., Saturday, June 2, in the early morning
hours.
• 2100 block of North Clybourn Ave., Saturday, June 2, in the early morning
hours.

The suspects drove away in a vehicle after each robbery, police said.
