Police Warn Of Robberies In Lincoln Park
At least three victims were robbed while walking on North Side streets this week, police said.

CHICAGO — Police have issued a community alert after robberies in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. Two robberies occurred in the 900 block of West Fullerton within an hour of each other Wednesday afternoon, police said.
In each incident, a man went up to the victim on the street and asked for money, according to police. When the victim didn't give the suspect money, he threatened them and demanded their property.
The robberies occurred around 2:45 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. in the 900 block of West Fullerton Avenue, police said.

No one was in custody.
On Friday, three men approached a woman walking in the 1700 block of North Halsted Street around 2:40 a.m. and stole her iPhone, police said.

The robbers took off, but two men were taken into custody later that morning, according to police.
