Chicago real estate company @properties announced that Holly Kapsa has recently joined the firm as a broker associate in its Lincoln Park office.
Kapsa, 27, comes to @properties from ForSaleByOwner.com, where she was an account manager. She has more than three years of residential real estate experience, specializing in by owner clientele in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
