@properties Welcomes The Erik Sachs Team

Chicago real estate company @properties announced that Erik Sachs and his sales team have recently joined the firm’s River North office.

Sachs, 38, joins @properties after owning and operating his own real estate brokerage and development firm in Chicago for over 12 years.  During a 16 year career in real estate, Sachs says he has developed a wide base of experience not possessed by most REALTORS.  According to Sachs, he formed Team Sachs to provide industry leading service to clients in Chicago and the western suburbs.

“After years of experience in all facets of residential real estate, I am excited to bring Team Sachs to @properties.  In my opinion, @properties provides the best marketing and technology platform to service my clients,” said Sachs.

With more than $70 million in career sales volume, Sachs’ professional designations include Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

A graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Sachs has a bachelor’s degree in Finance. After 14 years living on Chicago’s North Side, Sachs, a Naperville native, recently relocated to the western suburbs. Outside of his career in real estate, Sachs enjoys golf, traveling, and rooting for the Chicago Bears.
