Real Estate Veteran Ann Caron Returns To @properties

@properties, the largest independent real estate brokerage firm in Illinois, announced that Ann Caron, a residential real estate veteran with over 20 years of experience, has joined the firm as a broker. This is Caron’s second turn with @properties. Prior to rejoining the firm, she spent two and a half years as a broker at Related Realty in Chicago.

Caron has produced an average of $16 million in closed sales volume annually, and has sold over 800 condominiums in Chicago throughout her career, ranging in price from $300,000 to $3 million. She has extensive experience in many Chicago neighborhoods, with a focus on the upscale Streeterville area, where she lives.
