is taking over the craft beverage scene! Virtue
Cider, a
Michigan-based craft cider company, is partnering with Standard
Market Grill on Thursday, February 27th to
showcase their line of craft ciders. Executive Chef Patrick Cassata has prepared
a 4-course dinner menu that includes inspired courses such as a brie cheese
“popsicle” with almond apple chutney and a
hanger steak with sweet corn and potato risotto. Each course has been carefully
paired with a cider from Virtue Cider that complements and accentuates the
flavors of the dish.
