Chefs recreate the most popular dishes of the season by spicing up these “leftover” favorites such as Turkey Sliders ($9), Roasted Brussel ($8), Pumpkin Flatbread ($12) and Turkey Paninis ($12). A classic Thanksgiving turkey feast featuring Turkey Porchetta with Carmelized Turnips, Sweet Potato, Gold Raisin and Walnut Stuffing and Sage Gravy will also be offered for $24. Chef’s selection of local artisanal cheeses, cured meats as well as a selection of the Staytion favorite plates from Mushroom Flatbread, Seared Scallops, Short Rib and Sweet Corn Bruschetta will also be available to order.
