The Power of Three Chords; Guitar Workshop for Teens

Learn
to play songs by masters of three-chord rock like the Ramones and Joan
Jett in the special workshop with founder of the Girls Guitar School in Los
Angeles, October Crifasi. The workshop will cover three-chord

combinations in several keys as well as the movable power
chords and octave shapes used in rock. Students will then write their
own version of the perfect three-chord rock anthem. This workshop is
perfect for beginner and intermediate students. Picks are encouraged and
electric guitars welcome (amps not provided, students must provide
their own). Prerequisites: Knowledge of open chords and simple strumming.
