Bistro Campagne: Cru Beaujolais Wine Dinner Thursday, January 29 at 6:30 p.m.
We are kicking off the new year with our first wine dinner of 2015 celebrating Cru Beaujolais.

Join us Thursday, Jan. 29 at 6:30 PM when we host our Cru Beaujolais Dinner, sponsored by Kermit Lynch Wine Merchants and Winebow.
Dinner includes six courses with pairings inspired by the wines.
Bistro Campagne is educating our diners on the name that is too often synonymous with that cheap, end of November wine. Beaujolais, a region in central France makes wine with the Gamay grape. Beaujolais, like many French regions, ranks its vineyard sites. Ordinary vineyards may produce “Beaujolais,” while vineyards in higher-ranked villages label their wines “Beaujolais-Villages.” Those wines tend to offer more than the basic Beaujolais: more complex flavors, more structure. The best of the Beaujolais carry the Cru name only. These wines represent the best of the Beaujolais region and that is what we will be serving at our dinner. Representatives of Kermit Lynch Wine and Winebow will also be there to discuss the wine with members of Bistro Campagne’s staff and you.
