Grilling Season Kicks Off this Saturday in Lincoln Square

Imagine the hot summer sun beating down on your neck, a cold beer in your hand and the smell of freshly lit charcoal filling the air. Despite the recent winter blast, grilling season is just around the corner. Soon it will time pull that grill out of storage and get ready for summer entertaining. We all know Chicago is notorious for its random weather, which often includes the early spring 70 degree day. This year, be prepared for such days by getting a head start. In my opinion, having friends and family over to hang out on the deck and enjoy a variety of grilled items is the quintessential way to spend a summer night.
