Carjackings Reported In Ravenswood, Uptown
Offenders either pulled people from their cars or ordered them out at gunpoint, police said.

CHICAGO — Police have sent a community alert to residents in the 20th district after carjackings were reported in the Ravenswood and Uptown neighborhoods. In each carjacking, a suspect went up to the victim while they were alone in their car and ordered them out of the vehicle, according to police.
The suspects either showed a handgun or physically pulled the victims from their vehicles, police said.

- in the 4800 block of N. Paulina St. on Nov. 02, at around 5:42 p.m.
- in the 1000 block of W. Winona St. on Nov. 03, between 6:55 p.m. and 7 p.m.
