On Wednesday, Dec. 4 from 2-3:30 p.m. Central Lakeview Merchants Association (CLMA) will host, Getting the Job, a seminar on how to interview at Ann Sathers Restaurant (909 W Belmont). Guest speaker Adam Robinson of Hireology will be speaking on topics including resume writing and interviewing skills with free cinnamon rolls and parking provided courtesy of Ann Sathers. The seminar is free for those who would like to attend and open to the public.
CLMA recognizes that many recently laid-off employees (including the many laid-off by Dominick's and Tribune Co.) may be out of practice when it comes to interviewing and believes that the best holiday gift is providing the tools to succeed in an interview to lay the foundation for a prosperous 2014.
