Coyote Sighting (Lincoln Square)

Last night about 9 PM I saw a coyote trotting down the sidewalk on Claremont Avenue in Lincoln Square.  He saw me, crossed into the street, and headed south, taking a right onto Sunnyside.  He paused in front of Queen of Angels and then turned back into Wells Park.  At first I thought he was a lost dog.  He was about the size of an average adult border collie. However, after getting several good looks at him I was certain he was a coyote.  My suspicions were confirmed later after I found a 2012 post on the Lincoln Square Patch about a coyote sighting in Roscoe Village. He is actually a beautiful animal. He was aware of me but wasn't at all interested in interacting or aggressive. He seemed a little anxious, like he was lost or looking for something.  Maybe he was hunting cats and dogs? Sorry but I didn't get a photo or video!  I didn't take the attached photo but he looked almost exactly like this. Anyone have any ideas for a name? I was thinking Pawar Jr.
