Dream Dinners Truly a Dream for Busy Moms and Professionals

Too tired or unprepared to cook after hours of perpetual busyness? I am, which is why Dream Dinners is my lifesaver. I go there each month, make homemade meals for my family, then freeze them, thaw in the morning and cook when I arrive home. I love the diversity of the meals, flavors and the different ingredients I would never have on hand, let alone the patience to make a list and buy. I also don’t eat red meat so it’s a chance for buy meat for my husband and children.

While the website boasts 105 locations in the United States, I go to the Chicagoland stores in Wicker Park and Roscoe Village. It is the friendliest group of employees. I not only feel like I get away for a couple hours of “me” time but I’m doing something good for my family. I get dinner on the table and they don’t get the bland, boring same-olds like pasta, pizza and chicken. I also pre-order my meals for the next month while I’m there so I don’t have to think about it during the interim. For the Holiday’s, I made their Toffee Cheesecake, which is part of their Finishing Touches line of frozen-fresh side dishes, breakfast items and desserts. It was a huge hit and everyone thought I made it from scratch.

If you haven’t tried Dream Dinners, they recently announced their introductory offer “Try Me,” which consists of 18 servings (3 to 6 meals depending upon family size) for $74.95. The “Try Me” offer gives families an opportunity to try Dream Dinners at a smaller quantity.
