CHICAGO, IL — A five-year-old girl was shot in the ankle Sunday afternoon in Albany Park, police said. The girl was struck by a stray bullet while walking through a gangway, according to police. The shooting happened around 1:30 p.m. near the 4600 block of North Monticello Avenue, police said.
