Chef Martin is back again for another sausage making class. Austrian
Chef Martin of Alpine Brand Sausages will guide you through the art of
the Wurst. Students will make 3-4 sausages: bratwurst, chorizo, sweet
Italian, and kielbasa to name a few. Attendees will take part in
butchering, spicing, and stuffing sausages. Class fee includes
demonstration, recipes, one drink, and of course tasting! This is our
