Local Lawyers Co-author Article in Illinois Bar Journal
Article authored by three Chicago residents published in State Bar's magazine

Gabe Reilly-Bates, Richard Y. Hu and Claire E. Brennan are the authors of “New Rules for Discovery of Electronically Stored Information,” an article which appears in the October 2014 issue of the Illinois Bar Journal, the monthly magazine of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA).
In the article, the authors review new Illinois Supreme Court rule amendments that require parties to weigh the costs and benefits of Electronically Stored Information discovery, among other important changes.
