How did the business come to be?
After both having successful careers in the Hospitality Industry, my Husband, Chef James Gottwald, and I wanted to open our own neighborhood-focused place!
Why did you choose the area?
We live in the neighborhood. Lincoln Square is a wonderful community and a great place to open a restaurant.
What does your business offer?
We are an Authentic Philly Cheesesteak restaurant. We have a full bar, over 45 different craft beers, house-made soups, salads, pizza and sandwiches. We also offer a Kid's Menu.
What's your most popular product or service?
Definitely our cheesesteaks!
What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?
Many people expect us to be a small sandwich shop so they are often surprised that we are a full service restaurant with a bar. We are also the only Authentic Philly Cheesesteak restaurant in Chicagoland.
