More Rim, Tire Thefts Reported In North Center, Ravenswood

CHICAGO, IL — At least five rim and tire thefts have been reported on the city's North Side from March 14 to April 1, police said. Most thefts have happened on residential streets overnight, according to authorities, and victim's vehicles were left resting on cinder or paver blocks. Police said newer -model Hondas are a recurring target.

The thefts happened in the following locations:

• 4100 block of N. Bell on March 14 at 1:45 a.m.

• 4400 block of N. Western on March 19 at 4:00 a.m.

• 1900 block of W. Berteau between March 19-20 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

• 4500 block of N. Wolcott on March 26 at 11:00 p.m.

• 2500 block of W. Belle Plaine between March 31-April 1, between 1:00 p.m. and 10:25 a.m.
