St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church Winter Food Fest

A touch of Greece and a taste of summer just a short
distance from home!

Why wait until
August to enjoy our famous festival food? Come celebrate Greek culinary
traditions at our 2nd Annual Winter Food Festival. Snow or cold, we will be
doing the grilling! Guests are invited to dine on these favorites: Pork
Tenderloin Souvlaki (Shish-ke-bob), Chicken, Gyros sandwich, Pastichio (Greek
lasagna), Spinach or Cheese pies. Main entrees come with rice, salad and bread
roll. Beverages include Greek wines and beer. Desserts will include delicious
Loukoumades (fried honeyed doughnut holes), kourambiethes, melomakarona and
koulourakia, all made on the premises by the ladies of the community.
