String Of Armed Robberies Reported On Northwest Side
A victim was shot in one of the robberies, police said.

CHICAGO, IL — Police have issued a community alert warning of armed robberies in Albany Park. The thefts happened between April 14 and April 20, police said. Police are looking for three suspects in connection with the robberies.
In each of the incidents, the offenders threatened victims with a weapon and demanded their property, police said.

- 4700 Block of North Central Park Avenue on April 14 at 11:35 p.m.
- 4700 Block of North Central Park Avenue on April 16 at 6:35 p.m.
- 2400 Block of North Monitor Avenue on April 17 at 10:37 p.m.
- 4700 Block of North Lawndale Avenue on April 17 at 11:28 p.m.
- 3400 Block of West Belle Plaine Avenue on April 20 at 12:18 a.m.
In both robberies on April 17, the suspects took off in a black Chevy Blazer, police said.
During the robbery on Belle Plaine Avenue, the victim was shot, according to police. Few details about the shooting were released and the victim's condition is unknown.
