Swastikas Found Drawn In Buena Park

Detectives said an offender is using chalk to draw on fences and garages.

CHICAGO — Property on the city's North Side was found vandalized with swastikas on Friday and Saturday, Chicago police said in a community alert. The offender used chalk to draw on garages and fences in the city's Buena Park neighborhood, according to the alert.

The vandalism also included "C.I.A." and "C.I.A. FU," Area North detectives said.

The drawings were found in the 800 block of West Hutchinson on Friday, around 3:30 p.m., and in the 800 block of West Junior Terrace on Saturday around 9:30 a.m., police said.

Police described the suspect as an "unknown male."
