The WFC Group Hires Workforce Management Veteran Yang Kim as Solutions Architect
The WFC Group today announced that Yang Kim has joined the organization as a Solutions Architect.

CHICAGO (March 17, 2015) The WFC Group, a leading workforce management implementation consulting company, today announced that Yang Kim has joined the organization as a Solutions Architect.
A 15-year veteran of the workforce management industry, Kim will assist in implementing customized workforce management solutions and provide high-level technical, functional and analytical support to The WFC Group clients and future partners. Kim will also help expedite business requirements, and provide The WFC Group clients with guidance in industry-specific best practices. Kim will report to The WFC Group’s Director of Operations, Michael Turner.

Prior to joining The WFC Group, Kim held various positions at Workforce Insight, Inc. during his eight year tenure, including most recently serving as a Solutions Architect. While at Workforce Insight, Inc. Kim worked with many prominent clients, including Toyota, Aramark, Southwest Airlines and a number of high-profile healthcare institutions to implement, design and configure Kronos solutions, often times supporting more than 100,000 employees on various projects.
In between his time working for Workforce Insight, Inc., Kim served as a Senior Consultant for Axsium Group, where he helped to successfully implement and upgrade Kronos Workforce Central for Nike and the Limited Brand (Victoria’s Secret, Bed Bath & Beyond), respectfully. Kim began his career at Northwest Hospital & Medical Center as a HRIS Applications Analyst & HR Specialist where he managed support of all HRIS applications.

Kim received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. He resides in Seattle, Washington with his wife Ji and three children.
