MORE INFO:
Life Matters Media is participating in what will be a nationwide dinner initiative on National Healthcare Decisions Day, a day to inspire Americans to express their wishes regarding their future health care.
The Conversation Project is organizing “Death Over Dinner” in cities across the country, and Life Matters Media is delighted to facilitate this event here in Chicago.
We hope that our event and dinners in other cities will spark more Americans than ever before to consider, communicate and document their end of life plans. In addition to the actual dinner, this is a major national media initiative; we encourage you to participate and serve as examples for others!
For those of you who may not be familiar with the “Death Over Dinner” movement, here’s a video from its founder, Michael Hebb.
