• Tuesday, July 25 from 1 pm - 7 pm, Spirito! Singers home office, 900 Jorie Blvd, Suite 102, Oak Brook
• Wednesday, July 26 from 1 pm - 7 pm, Spirito! Singers home office, 900 Jorie Blvd, Suite 102, Oak Brook

Spirito! is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 choral organization comprised of three distinct, auditioned ensembles:

Bravura - Performance, Touring & Recording ensemble for High School Young Women

Ragazze - Training & Performance ensemble for 5th-8th Grade Girls

Men of Spirito! - Performance ensemble for Men, 18 Years and Up

The Spirito! rosters include singers from fifty-two schools crossing twenty-nine communities. Each ensemble rehearses once weekly and Ragazze singers can choose their location preference: Downers Grove, Elmhurst or La Grange.

Audition details:

• Auditions are held in a non-intimidating and relaxed format.
• Audition will include vocalization to determine intonation and vocal range and placement.
• The preparation of an audition piece is not necessary.

What makes Spirito! a unique choral organization?

• Incorporation of curriculum based music theory training: Ragazze ensemble rehearsals include 30 minutes of multi-level, classroom theory training
• Involvement in community service through local churches and service organizations
• Fun, social activities for members throughout the season
• Annual tour for Bravura and Ragazze ensembles
• Two all-female choral ensembles and one men 18 and older ensemble
• Annual winter and spring concerts, featuring all three ensembles, representing three generations of singers
• Unique collaborative concert opportunities
• All Spirito! ensembles sing the National Anthem each fall at White Sox game
