YOGA FOR ATHLETES at Prairie Yoga, Lisle, IL

Designed specifically for the needs of athletes, this class will focus on balancing your body from the repetitive movement required in many sports such as golf, running, baseball and more. We’ll target the unique needs of athletes:
increase your flexibility, core strength, balance and posture loosen tight hamstrings, quadriceps and outer legs increase hip flexibility, decompress lower back to prevent back issues, open the chest and shoulders, increase spinal rotation
reduce physical, muscular and mental tension,
learn how to use the breath to enhance your game and keep your calm
