Chamber Concert, Whiskey Dinner, More Planned At Morton Arboretum

The Morton Arboretum has planned a chamber concert, a multi-course whiskey dinner and more for its 2022 and 2023 winter season.

LISLE, IL — The Morton Arboretum has planned chamber music concerts, a whiskey dinner and other events for its winter 2022 and 2023 season.

The arboretum will host chamber music concerts in an intimate setting at Thornhill Education Center. The concert schedule is as follows:

Dec. 4: KAIA String Quartet

Jan. 8: Metropolis Oboe Quartet

Feb. 5: Duo Kayo featuring cellist Titilayo Ayangade and violist Edwin Kaplan

March 5: Fortepianist Trevor Stephenson with cellist James Waldo

Concert tickets are $37 per person; seasonal tickets are $175.

Whiskey Dinner

Jan. 20 and Jan. 21 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Morton Arboretum will host five-course dinners accompanied by whiskey tastings on Jan. 20 and Jan. 21. Live music will be performed during the dinners, which are slated from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Dog Admission Days

Jan. 22 from 7 a.m. to sundown

Visitors can bring their pooches to Morton Arboretum to walk the trails and explore the park. To participate, you must get a timed-entry ticket in advance, along with a $5 ticket for your dog.
