Bulls/Sox Academy, Motion Fitness Feature Virtual Fitness in Hi-Tech Vault

LISLE, IL. – The Bulls/Sox Academy announced that they will be hosting a Virtual Fitness course. Virtual Fitness utilizes the Academy’s innovative Exergames and combines them with more traditional fitness exercises. The Virtual Fitness session will be held at the Bulls/Sox Academy, located at 6200 Riverbend Drive in Lisle.

Participants of Virtual Fitness will go through a series of physically interactive video games followed by “unplugged” fitness. Some of these fitness exercises include TRX, Sandbells, and Heavy Ropes. These “unplugged” activities focus on explosiveness, strength, and power. The virtual games emphasize movement, reaction time, and quickness.

Exergaming is a term used for video games that also provide exercise. Basically, it is where video games meet sport. THE VAULT will feature the most current games in the Exergaming world including Trazer, Makoto Sports Arena, Freedom Climber and much more.
