Jim Kanas, an award-winning American folk musician and jazz guitarist from Northern Illinois who has studied and played with such notable performers as Pat Metheny, George Benson, Gary Burton, Stan Kenton, Steve Goodman, Corky Siegel, the Nashville Cats, Alison Krauss, Harvey Reid, Jethro Burns and others, will perform live at the Coal Ben on the Benedictine University campus at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28. The performance is free and sponsored by the College of Liberal Arts at Benedictine.
