The Elmhurst Symphony Strings, conducted by Alison Gaines, is a 9-piece ensemble of performers from the Elmhurst Symphony. This concert will feature lush, energetic, and inventive arrangements of jazz classics for string ensemble. Works by the great American composers George Gershwin and Duke Ellington will be highlighted.
