Healthy Eating in Winter - an introduction to Ayurveda

Ayurveda, India's wholistic health and healing system teaches eating and caring for yourself based on the qualities of the season. Winters' cold and dry season is the right time for healing. Learn the foods to eat and how to prepare them to create a healthy metabolism and digestive system to replenish your entire body. We will discuss the doshas-Ayurveda's system of identifying qualities within ourselves and how they are affected by the season. Register $20 in advance or $25 at the door.
