St. Joan of Arc School will celebrate recognition from the U.S. Dept. of Education as a 2011 Blue Ribbon School, one of 49 private schools and 256 public schools to be recognized. Joining the administration, faculty, students and parents will be Ill. Rep. Michael Connelly, who will present a Certificate of Recognition from the 97th General Assembly to Principal Sr. Carolyn Sieg. Village dignitaries who will be in attendance include Lisle Mayor Joseph Broda.
