Naturalist Jack MacRae recounts his 15-day “Trek Across the Chicago Wilderness!” from Chiwaukee Prairie in Kenosha County, Wis., to Warren Woods in Berrien County, Mich. He visited more than 50 preserves, parks, and natural areas and will shares his experiences in the prairies, sand dunes, forests, flatwoods, savannas, rivers, ponds, wetlands, ravines and one great lake with visitors in hopes to inspire them to make a journey of their own. Ages 16 and up.
